They diagnosed that it needed to be replaced (not repaired), were clear about our options in terms of size / SEER, and were generally excellent in terms of customer service. Their price was more than reasonable – actually the lowest bid we received on the job. Install was professional, quick, thoughtful with regards to our family’s space and time.
